Well guys, I am ready to get to riding soon! Forklift man and I are trying to get some trip together soon. Unfortunately, I am having quad problems. I cranked it to try to charge the battery and move my trailer up to the garage and I am leaking gas pretty bad. I need a new battery, as that one is shot and won't hold a charge, so I am starting it with the pull start. I am sure part of the problem is the ethanol they put in the gas, it breaks it down quicker and if you don't ride/start it oten enough, you will have problems.

I did find out that near Randy's(Forklift Man) house, there are a few gas stations that sell gas without ethanol! It is cheaper than the regular gas, so I am going to stock up when I am out there for my lawn mower, weed eaters, blowers, and 4 wheeler!

all you need to do is put a little seafoam gas treatment in and you wont have any problems from the fuel

I have learned that now, it is just a little late for some of the machines. I plan on doing that in the future, if I can't get pure fuel.

they sell this stuff at home depot that people swear will clean out the carb just by adding it to the fuel if you can get it to crank, its called mechanic in a bottle. freind put it in kids 2 honda cycle that sat for two years and would barely run, he said after it raN FOR A LITTLE WHILE IT RAN BETTER THAN IT HAD IN YEARS, sorry hit cap key and dont want to redo Very Happy

your leak is probily a stuck float, if it has a carb, gently tap on it with the plastic end of a screwdriver and it might be ok.

If you can't fix it with a hammer or duct tape, you have an electrical problem....
